Are you "fit" and "moral" to attend a "for-profit" law school?

See www.johnmarshalllawschoolinc.info for the meaning of this quote to me, my family, my friends and my community when I sought justice from JMLS (Atlanta) for devaluing the degree I sought from the "institution” and the “results far beyond my contemplation” that JMLS’s attorney threatened before I filed my first lawsuit in Fulton County Superior Court...results I realized in my custody trial last year (see www.alpjusticepact.org).

This website is based on my litigation against John Marshall Law School (Atlanta), but the focus is also on providing information to law students on character & fitness reviews in Georgia and in other states, based on the still "tentative" denial of my fitness application---evaluations which, in Georgia, can examine an applicant's "innermost feelings".

The website contains extensive pleadings I have filed regarding the "tentative" denial of my fitness application to sit for the Georgia bar examination---pleadings that are usually confidential. However, my pleadings were published by the Georgia Department of Law in response to appeals I filed in the Supreme Court of Georgia so I have included those pleadings in hopes that it helps other law students faced with a “tentative" denial of their fitness application.
